Simon Bélanger, who joined the Optimum Group 15 years ago, is an actuary with over 20 years of experience in various sectors in Quebec and internationally. He is known for his business sense, collaborative leadership, rigour, and technical skills.

As President of Optimum Actuarial Consulting, Simon ensures operational efficiency, monitors team optimization, and pursues the company's strategic ambitions. Also serving as Vice President of Operations for the Optimum Group, Simon has a global vision that allows him to identify and seize opportunities for Optimum Actuarial Consulting to leverage the resources and expertise of the Optimum Group as a whole.

Simon has a degree in mathematics, with a focus on actuarial science, from Université de Montréal. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a qualified actuary of the Instituts des Actuaires (France).
